Aaron Wesly originally hails from New Haven, Connecticut. He spent a large amount of his life in Ohio/Michigan and currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Growing up in a creative family, Aaron has always been surrounded by music. He found church to be the ideal platform for him to perfect his skills as a vocalist and musician. Aaron is most influenced by great storytellers and soulful vocalists. Some of his favorites include: Jazmine Sullivan, Justin Nozuka, Cody Fry, Tori Kelly, and MARO. Like these artists, Lewys tries to create engaging moments in his music to draw each listener in. He knows that well-crafted performances can change perspective, create memories, and invoke a conversation or thought that leads to growth when reflecting on the message. He loves imagery and hopes each song sends you to a place of visualizing and feeling every word.

Aaron's voice is commonly characterized as rich, smooth, and moving. When listening to his music you will sense singer-songwriter vibes. His soulful vocals turn melodies into experiences. Aaron loves to collaborate with other artists and always tries to write from a place of vulnerability. He loves to challenge himself as a musician and writer and hopes that people see versatility in his music. His process of creating music is best described as liberating and a form of expression.
